With added bonus of hire options, this vessel has been used by the current owners as a private holiday vessel, but they have kept the commercial survey intact.
Set up as 4 bedrooms, all with built in robes, beds and side tables, 3 rooms with double beds and one with a single over double bed. There is a further fold out bed in the rear lounge. All up there is presently sleeping accommodation for 11 people on the vessel (current survey caters for a maximum of 12 people).
Having previously been used as a hire boat, the boat is set up to be put back in hire and includes: bedding with comforters, pillows and sheets (most brand new), towels, kitchen utensils, pots & pans etc, crockery, cutlery and glassware, platters and serving dishes, 4 Sulo bins (2 large / 2 smaller), Clark aluminum dingy with oars (no motor), 2 kayaks, additional lifejackets for dingy and kayaks, mooring ropes, lines etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with under bench and overhead storage, LP gas oven and cooktop, near new 240 volt fridge (new 2019), microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine.
A dining area provides an extension style table and chairs and extensive built-in cupboards plus reverse cycle airconditioning.
The front lounge area includes 2 seater couch, cd player/tape deck/radio/Aux and the all important Helm, Engine and Generator controls.
The rear lounge includes sofa bed, modular lounge, large, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD and video players plus a further reverse cycle airconditioner. The perfect design for long term liveaboard!
For everyone's comfort there are 2 full size bathrooms and include shower cubicles with glass screens, fully vanity with drawers and cupboards, dual flush toilets fitted in January 2016, floor and wall tiles and 3kg automatic RV washing machine in one bathroom.
The main deck was replaced in 2018 . The rear deck comes complete with outdoor table and director's chairs, sun awning, electrics and gas bottle storage and access to the engine pod. As the ideal entertainer there is also a great top deck with outdoor table and chairs, new Bimini 2021 and marine carpet (2019).
Current compliance includes: Black Water & Grey Water (on board storage) and with a huge black water capacity, Gas & Electrical Compliance certificates.
